SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limited Warranty: We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our wooden hand watches. All our watches are meticulously crafted to ensure lasting durability and superior performance. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Duration: Our wooden hand watches are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12-months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage: This warranty covers:

1. Movement: Defects in the watch movement.
2. Dial, Hands, and Markers: Manufacturing defects in the watch face, hands, and hour markers.
3. Strap: Manufacturing defects in the wooden strap.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any defects caused by the resizing of the wooden strap. Please follow the instructions from the manual provided with your purchased watch box to avoid any possible defects.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
2. Water Damage: Please refer to Section 14.
3. Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications conducted by unauthorized third parties.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@vinluxwood.com within the warranty period. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the watch is deemed eligible under the warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Return and Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center for inspection. If the claim is approved under the warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF RESISTANCE TO WATER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

At VINLUX, we take pride in offering wood watches that are labeled as "life waterproof," indicating their resistance to everyday exposure to water. We understand the importance of clarity and transparency regarding the limitations of this water resistance feature. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions and limitations associated with our "life waterproof" labeled wood watches:

Definition of Life Waterproof: Our "life waterproof" wood watches are designed to resist splashes, rain, and brief accidental immersion in water, such as washing hands or light rain exposure. These watches are not suitable for swimming, diving, snorkeling, or prolonged water exposure.

Limitations and Exclusions:

1. No Submersion: These watches should not be submerged in water. Avoid activities such as swimming, showering, or bathing while wearing the watch.
2. Avoid Hot Water: Exposure to hot water, such as hot showers or sauna, can weaken the watch's water resistance.
3. Regular Maintenance: The water-resistant feature may deteriorate over time due to natural wear and aging. We recommend regular maintenance checks to ensure continued water resistance.
4. Damage and Misuse: This warranty does not cover water damage caused by user negligence, accidental impacts, improper usage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty Coverage: Our wood watches labeled as "life waterproof" are covered under our standard warranty policy as mentioned in our warranty documentation. Please refer to our Warranty Policy (Section 13) for detailed information on warranty coverage, claim process, and exclusions.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VINLUX and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
